Kirby Jones Management is a specialist agency that manages a select group of speakers, spanning economics, politics and business, through to retail, digital marketing and environmental issues.

Our experienced speakers are selected to deliver a keynote address, moderate a panel, chair a conference, host awards or provide an engaging after dinner speech. Their knowledge and professional presentation will add value to any corporate event, and they are in demand at conferences and events worldwide.

KJM is not a speakers’ bureau, offering hundreds of speakers, we are a speaker management firm. We represent a small and select group of speakers and presenters all of whom are experts in their field. We collaborate with production companies, speakers’ bureau, event management companies and associations to find the best possible option for their events.

Penny Jones is a founder of Kirby Jones Management. She set up the business, alongside Natalie Pascoe-Watson in 2014, having spent the previous ten years at JLA, the UK’s foremost specialist agency providing speakers, performers and hosts to corporate clients. Penny was one of their most senior agents and worked with a wide range of organisations including Barclays, Thomson Reuters, Allianz Insurance and Deloitte.

Penny began her career at Carcanet Press, a literary publisher specialising in modern and classic poetry in English and translation. From organising press campaigns to live events and book launches, it was an opportunity to work with some of the most celebrated poets of a generation.

Penny then joined David Godwin Associates, a leading literary agency. Penny worked closely with the clients on their books and journalism as well as radio and television contracts and appearances. The authors included Poet Laureate Simon Armitage and the Booker Prize winners, Arundhati Roy and Ben Okri.
